    DESCRIPTION

If you need to rent a mini excavator for your commercial construction site, residential project, or landscaping job, the latest Caterpillar 304E model provides high power and performance and can reach into narrow and hard-to-access spaces. This mini excavator comes at our guaranteed lowest rental rate, with the option to hire an operator from Rent1 so that you can complete your earthmoving or material handling job quickly and professionally. For heavier construction equipment rentals with higher lift capacity, check out the John Deere 50D mini excavator rental.

The Caterpillar 304E Mini Excavator has a maximum digging depth of over 10’ and digging reach of more than 17’, making it a leading industry solution for commercial construction sites and residential lawn and garden projects. If you need powerful earthmoving equipment in a compact body, look no further than the CAT® 304E.

Power: The 304E’s high drawbar pull (pulling force) delivers plenty of power for backfilling trenches, transporting materials, or clearing out construction equipment and debris. With a front-side lift capacity of 1610 kg (3,549 lb.) (blade down), this hydraulic mini excavator is a small yet strong piece of earthmoving equipment.

Compact: The 304E’s independent-swing boom, 360-degree rotation, and maximum digging depth of over 10’ allows you to complete construction tasks or residential projects in areas where shovels used to be the only option.

Visibility: The 304E has unobstructed visibility that provides you with increased productivity, and provides more safety when operating this heavy equipment on your construction and landscaping projects.

Versatile: With multiple attachment options including tiller attachments, auger attachments, hammer attachments and plate compactors, the Caterpillar 304E mini excavator is an extremely useful and versatile tool for many construction and lawn and garden projects.

    QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

    Q. Where are you located and what are your working hours?

Our rental yard is located in Langley, British Columbia, and our working hours are from 9:00am–6:00pm pacific standard time. Our head office is located in Vancouver.

    Q. What kind of insurance do I need for my Caterpillar 304E rental?

Heavy equipment insurance is required on all rental products, no matter where they come from. Get a hold of your insurance provider and let them know you need heavy equipment insurance, which is sometimes called contractor equipment insurance, or fleet-truck insurance. Tell them that you’re renting a mini-excavator CAT® 304E and let them know how long you’re renting it for. They will likely be able to create a policy for you right away, or they can usually recommend a heavy equipment insurance provider in your area.

    Q. How do I end my rental?

It’s very simple. As soon as you’re done with your CAT® 304E, call or text one of our administrators at 604-359-6057 to close your rental period. Make sure that you’ve refilled the fuel gauge to the same amount it was at prior to your usage, and that the machinery is clean and free from any compiled residue from your previous job. Lastly, take the same pictures as you did before your rental and send them over to us to confirm that everything is in the same condition. Then, just leave the keys out of sight or under the mat so that one of our staff members can pick up the equipment.

We provide quick delivery on all skid steer loader rentals, excavator rentals, compact excavator and mini excavator rentals, and compact track loader rentals throughout the Lower Mainland of Greater Vancouver.
